Lean Green Belt certification
A one-day workshop with panels, activities and workshop
Introduction of lean principles
The teams will be the basic principles of lean management, such as: B. the elimination of waste (Muda), the creation of river (flow) and the continuous improvement (Kaizen). The data, FTT, OEE, DTD, BTS, WIP, and times recorded in the game round are visualized and evaluated.
Process and hypothesis test
Both concepts, process capability and hypothesent tests are of great importance in statistics and quality management. While the process capability contributes to evaluating and improving the quality and ability of processes for the production of products or services, hypothesent tests are used to draw conclusions about data and differences in reality.
This event brings together students and managers from all areas of industry and universities who have completed Six Sigma training/education but are not yet certified.
